Sales Account Executive

We are presently looking for a Sales Account Executive to build strong business relationships, develop accounts and sell service contracts. You will build your sales strategy with your manager.

Primary Objectives & Responsibilities:

  • Develop new accounts in the states of New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida
  • Propose, negotiate, close and transition new customers within a consultative, inside sales environment
  • Promote the company’s services and strategy to ensure business growth
  • Consistently track and report sales activities in Sales Force CRM
  • Demonstrate the commitment and accountability required to overachieve personal goals outlined in annual, quarterly and monthly sales action plans
  • Generate your own business leads, manage leads generated by Inside Sales,  develop and qualify business opportunities
  • The ability to evaluate customer needs and make appropriate recommendations
  • Daily maintenance of sales pipeline, forecasts in Sales Force CRM

Qualifications:

  • Proven B2B sales track record with experience in services industries (recruitment, executive search, engineering services, information technology and multimedia services and software)
  • Ability to generate sales and communicate effectively with C-Level executives (CFO, Controller, VP Finance or taxation) and company owners
  • Experience in making formal presentations including ability to quickly redesign presentations
  • B2B cold calling
  • High ability to close and negotiate engagement mandates and service contracts with prospective clients
  • Good English communication and rebuttal skills

Senior RTC Associate

We are looking to hire a Senior RTC Associate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to join our U.S. Headquarters in the Galleria Area of Houston, Texas.

Primary Objectives & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other project team members, including engineers, tax lawyers, and CPAs
  • Assist in analysis and manipulation of confidential client data (both financial and industry specific)
  • Provide professional consulting advice to large to medium sized companies
  • Execute site visits in order to conduct client interviews and gather/review client documentation.
  • Execute reports with a strong technical understanding of client data.
  • Interact with corporate decision makers and maintain professional relationships.
  • Properly document intellectual property, product design & process, of a technical nature.
  • Understanding and analyzing technical issues, engineering principles, and concepts.
  • Guide customers on industry best practices.
  • Ensure analysis and timelines are met.
  • The ability to evaluate customer needs and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Multitask and manage numerous client project simultaneously.
  • Provide weekly reports by updating CRM on client status and job completion status.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of an undergraduate degree in accounting, law, science, engineering or business related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in public accounting, industry law or experience with exposure to R&D tax credits.
  • Strong organizational, communication and technical writing skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • U.S. and International Travel.
  • Previous experience in client-facing role preferred.

We are looking to hire a Senior RTC Associate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to join our U.S. Headquarters in the Galleria Area of Houston, Texas. This role will require knowledge of IT and software development.

  • Broad exposure to federal, state and local taxation would be an advantage.
  • Excellent managerial, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills.

Government Grants & Incentives Consultant

We are looking for a Government Grants & Incentives Consultant with experience in supporting B2B complex projects. This role will support business development teams nurturing current and potential client relationships. Responsible for providing various types of government incentive opportunities for private companies (subsidies and subventions) specifically focused on areas of  innovation, capital investments, and new job creation projects.

Primary Objectives & Responsibilities:

  • Manage federal and state incentive projects.
  • Prequalify client projects for government grants and incentives.
  • Support entire claim process for client accounts.
  • Monitor Federal and State government grant and incentive opportunities in areas of innovation, capital, and employment grants.
  • Analyze client research to produce quality profiles; target appropriate ask amounts; and prioritize and evaluate prospects for government grants and incentives.
  • Develop and prioritize projects and proposals.
  • Develop and foster relationships with government agency personnel: find personal connections that will ensure the success of client applications.
  • Provide stewardship for existing clients.
  • Generate proposals for unique projects, programs, and products.
  • Write and supervise all proposals, budgets, reports, and other ancillary materials.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of government information sources.
  • Experience with proposal writing and government grants and incentives.
  • Proven track record with consulting and government grant or incentive applications.
  • Knowledge of basic government grant and incentive techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
  • Excellent computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with research techniques for government prospect research.
  • Knowledge of contracts and agreements preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in government grant and incentives applications for private companies.
  • Experience in private sector.

Accountant (Part-time)

The position of accountant consists of analyzing financial information and preparing financial reports to determine or maintain a record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within the company.   During the growth period, it will also include performing any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records.

Primary Objectives & Responsibilities:

  • Implement document recordkeeping and accounting systems using Sage software
  • After the initial implementation stage the tasks will include:
  • Preparation of monthly financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, and reports required by regulatory agencies.
  • Accounts payable posting and processing including estimating proper reserves to ensure the accuracy of the monthly financial statements.
  • Accounts receivable posting and processing including estimating proper reserves to ensure the accuracy of the monthly financial statements.
  • Manage cash flow and ensure efficient collections of accounts receivable.
  • General Ledger posting and review.
  • Monthly bank statement reconciliations.
  • IRS, state tax, installment payments, and compliance reporting.
  • Ceridian or ADP payroll semi-monthly posting and processing.
  • Workers compensation reporting.
  • Prepare year-end financial information so that outside accountants can complete tax returns and prepare annual financial statements.
  • Travel advance and expense reconciliation and payment processing.
  • Fixed assets accounting and depreciation.
  • Receive, record, and authorize requests for checks or disbursements in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Various financial reporting as requested.
  • Other government reporting to meet legal and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Ability to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
  • Costs and benefits analysis.
  • Knowledge of Sage and Quick Books.
  • Bilingual- English and French
