John Ioannou, Vice President of Sales at Braithwaite Global Inc, has helped many of his clients implement effective tax saving and income generating strategies through the Research Tax Credit (RTC). John has more than fifteen years of practical sales and management experience in a diverse background of industries which include information technologies, software, manufacturing, building science, and engineering. John is a Certified Sales Professional and has a Masters Degree in Environmental Science. He works closely with his customers and has a thorough understanding of the compliance requirements of RTC program to ensure maximum tax credits and bottom-line contribution.

Heather Saarela

As Vice President of Business Development for Braithwaite Global Inc., Heather is responsible for all aspects of the company’s consultative sales process including researching and identifying opportunities, obtaining information as to client needs, developing a strategy to meet those needs, preparing and presenting proposals, obtaining input from other staff members including the CEO, Technical, Taxation and Accounting personnel.

Heather’s qualifications for this position include: 3+ years of experience with Braithwaite Global as a Technical Consultant performing interviews with technical personnel, identifying qualified research activities, and writing technical study reports. Before joining Braithwaite Global she worked with a telecommunications company on the Inc. 500’s fastest growing privately held companies; and a world leader of innovative plastic material handling products.

Heather holds a B.B.A. in Management of Information Systems from the University of Georgia. She also holds a Certificate of Expertise from the New Media Institute at UGA.
